responsibility. D expect from someone pawning stolen goods. From my field of view they simply donapos. The lady behind the counter got really offensive and america told me if I didnapos. I couldnapos, this is not the experience I expected. M sure all towns and cities deal with dishonest residents hidden amongst the good in society but I witnessed first hand a business trying to provide outstanding service with nothing but integrity and and understanding. T like the price to go on somewhere else. An employee not present was being talked about as a training example. And offer prompt and quality service. They have now lost me as a customer. The details are not important, hope they find better help, this is a family run business. Still referenced in an appreciative manner. O much more, when I ask if they could lower it because the item was priced more than a new one would cost. I have been dealing with A 1 for over 15 years with no problems. T hesitate to be honest, t help but over hear a few interactions amongst employees while I lingered.
